What is shielding?
Here's my take on it..
When you shield yourself you are putting around you a protective sphere of light that keeps out the negativity. Not only do I shield myself, but I shield my family and pets as well as vehicles and homes.

One thing I do weekly is to visualize a glowing bright white light around each of my family members as well as their pets. Hey pets are family too aren't they??
I visualize the glowing light surrounding them in the form of an egg. For the homes and properties, I begin from one corner of my property and visualize a light surrounding it. I move from one corner to the other. The windows and doors have pentacles envisioned on them and the automobiles also have them.
