The Grammys Goes to Hell?

So many people are freaking out over the Grammy's performance by Sam Smith and his singing partner Kim Petras of his song "Unholy'. I haven't seen it at all so I'm literally going by what I hear other's say.

I've heard the performance being described as a Satanic orgy a few times and other's just say he's portraying Satan by wearing horns, etc.. and he's dancing around in "Hell" with women portraying long haired demons.

There are folks who will see the negative in everything. This was simply a performance.. a bit of oomph. I've seen music video's that are by far worse than what other's are describing here.

I have heard conspiracy theories that Hollyweird is a cesspool of satanic celebrity elites who sacrifice children to retain their youth, etc.. and all of these performances are elite satanic rituals.

In the Heat of the Night tv series

I can remember sitting with my Dad watching this show all the time. He was always big into police shows and we certainly watched a lot of them together.

What I really love about this show is that they touched up on the social issues that are still taking place to day. A big thing they touch up on is racial discrimination. 

 The Sparta police force was strictly made up of white officers until Detective Virgil Tibbs{ bottom right} came to join them. After that, they began to hire more black police officers! {See photo}

The characters are great, I must say that my favorite is Bubba Skinner. lol {far right} He's the show's tough guy and ladies man. I would love to see a new series with him in charge as Chief Skinner. 

Madly, Deeply the diaries of Alan Rickman

 Madly, Deeply came today and I'm so excited to read it! I absolutely love Alan, he was an amazing actor. His witty musings and Rickmanism's as I call them are great. Random musings and some of the things he has written I can totally relate to.

His words can be hilariously funny as well as incredibly sad, and at times even a touch of arrogance. That English wit seeped through the words throughout the book.

His diaries are similar to the 1 line diaries that are all the rage these days. Celestial One Line a Day Diary

He talks about life and life in the acting world. There are also drawings and doodles on the pages. 

"Quiet pleasure of preparing food for friends. {Name of friends} The sun emerged and we spilled into the garden." 

I just love this one, it's so whimsical for me. I visualize him and his friends sitting around a table with glasses laughing and chatting about life or work. 

"3:40 am Awake trying to locate one worthwhile nameable emotion that deserves this sleeplessness..."

This is absolutely me when I have insomnia! I literally will lay awake at night trying to figure out why I'm awake and unable to sleep.

I can't wait to finish the book, I'm sure I'll be reading it all over again once I'm finished.

Sylvester Stallone moviethon

It's just another peaceful Sunday. I'm drinking coffee and munching on crackers. The sun is out and it's slightly cold outside. 

I have a huge list of stuff to do and at the moment I haven't even started it. lol Instead I'm watching or rather listening to "The Expendables" movies as I am online. 

There are 21 days left until Christmas arrives. I have my shopping done, all I need to do is wrap what I have and get the rest off layaway at my work. 

I am a huge fan of them and am slightly confused as to why I literally just watched them yesterday for the first time. 

I'm a big fan of Sylvester Stallone and Jason Stratham so really I should have watched these movies when they first came out, but I am not a sit in the movie theater kind of person these days. 

I haven't been to a movie theater in almost 10 years. At the moment it's more like I'm listening to the first movie like one would listen to books on tape. The next movie is Sly's Samaritan. 

Henry Cavill will always be Geralt and so will Liam Hemsworth.

The Henry Cavill fans are just upset..
ok in my opinion overreacting, because he's leaving The Witcher.
Now they are saying that they won't watch it because he's leaving..
 they are posting that bs on his Facebook..
good way to try to guilt trip him.

Look... I'm upset that he's leaving as well,
but I'm still going to watch it because I love the show.
I guess it helps that I enjoy Liam Hemsworth's acting. lol
Henry will always be Geralt in my eyes.
To me Liam will just be an alternate universe Geralt. lol

I just don't understand what the drama is about...
actors do leave shows, it's not uncommon for them to do that.
He has his reasons and I don't think he owes any explanations.
I'm sure he'll be busy with Superman.
Superman and The Witcher are two big shows and it would be rough
to do both at once timing wise.

 

I stand with Johnny!

I acknowledge that Amber Herd has two mental disabilities, Johnny Depp also has ADHD and is Bipolar, but it doesn't excuse what she did to him. She is the abuser, and he is her Victim.

There is a recording of her saying that no one would believe that he is a victim of abuse. It was literally played in court for all to hear.

As far as I'm concerned, she knew what she was doing was wrong, she knew that the more she pushed him, and she certainly did push him over and over again to get him to react.

HE would have to fight back in order to survive. He said in court that he was scared to leave her because he didn't want her to kill herself. He is a proven abuse survivor at the hands of his mother and was abused again as an adult by his wife.

I believe she used that against him as well. She kept telling him that she would kill herself if he left her. His mother killed herself after his father left her. She lost him movie roles and pretty much cancelled him with her lies of abuse, while she kept working. She was a nobody until she married him. Her actions are what most are judging her on not her mental illness.

It's NOT ok for her to use her condition to get away with making claims of abuse against her Johnny's actions of self-defense and probably pure bloody frustration and fear. She needs to take responsibility for her actions, but I doubt that will ever happen.

So during the Depp/Heard trial we have learned:

•Women can verbally assault men in front of everyone and it's perfectly fine.

•A woman can take a poo on a man's pillow and laugh with her friends about it and that's fine.

•A woman can cut off a man's finger tip in a heated argument and no one bats an eye.

•A woman can demand money in a civil setting and claim its for donation purposes and keep it and all is right with the world.

•A woman can gas light a man into believing horrible things about himself that are not true.

•A woman can smirk and laugh during court proceedings while a man is forced to relive horrible experiences.

•A woman can talk bad about a man's kids.

•A woman can put make up and nail polish on her and the law will pass it off as bruises and blood.

•A man can be trauma bonded into submission.

•A man can love hard and be fearful of failure and force himself to stay.

•A man can battle addictions but like everyone else, cannot do it alone.

•A man can lose a movie role over allegations but a woman with the same allegations... SHE keeps her job.

•A man is not allowed to defend himself in court without harassment.

•A man is not allowed to have a fair trial because the judge backs the woman.

•A man is judged because he worries how the accusations will affect his children, family, etc.

•A MAN CAN BE A VICTIM OF ABUSE AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. 

I stand with Johnny Depp.

2 reasons as to why the Oscars suck!

It's Oscars night and I'm sitting here at my desk with a cup of hot tea and watching "The Great British Baking Show". I love me some Paul Hollywood and Noel Fielding! The Oscar's are playing downstairs, I can usually hear a celebrity going off on a rampage on most likely some political nonsense for an acceptance speech.

This time though the drama kicked in when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock after he made a very horrid joke about Smith's wife, who shaved her head after suffering from hair loss due to alopecia.
 
Jada Pinkett Smith was sitting in the audience not only was she listening to people laugh at this joke but she had to watch her husband laugh at it. After he laughed he took the liberty of getting up and slapping Rock across the face for making it.
Umm.. hello?? You laughed at it!

In all honesty in my 52 years, I have never sat and actually watched an entire show. If my favorite actors are getting awards, then I head to YouTube the day after and watch the clips of them getting them. These actors and actresses are Legends in the business and there are many more who are as well. 

1. Politics:  The show isn't entertaining at all while the celebs spout their political drabble.  Keep your politics on your social media and off the show. No one wants to hear your views on how the world is today.  Yes, they are allowed to express their views, but in my opinion an award show is no place for them. These shows are meant to be entertaining and not political. Keep your politics for your social media.

2. Deserving & Undeserving Nominees: What really grinds my gears is when there are actors who actually deserve to get an award get bypassed for someone who has no business getting one. There are so many great actors who actually deserved them and so many who actually didn't. Then again if you have the $$ floating around then an award is easy to buy.

I had a Henry dream last night.

I stepped outside my front door and Roach was sitting there, Geralt was looking at the neighbor's car and was extremely confused. Then my neighbor's door opened and Henry and Kal walked out. The two stood there looking at each other and at the same time said "Fuck".

I petted Kal and turned around and went back inside, then came back out with a camera and snapped their picture. I also pulled a notebook and pen out of my purse {I carry one everywhere I go}.

Roach kicked the car and Geralt started grumbling while Henry says "Well this is awkward..."

I hugged Geralt and then sat down with my pen and notebook. Geralt and Henry watched as the words I wrote created a portal and standing on the other side was Ciri who was yelling for Geralt. He went back through, and Henry sat next to me on the step and said, "What else can you do with that pen?"

I smiled and wrote something down and he got all squirmy and said, "Well now..."

Then I woke up! 

I'm sorry but...

In my humble opinion Duane "Dog" Chapman wouldn't stand a chance of finding Brian Laundrie if his son Leland Chapman was also looking for him. Hear me out here...

I was a huge fan of the Dog the Bounty Hunter show, and I mean HUGE! I watched every episode as many times as I could. Every time I was home alone, I'd watch the show.

Then I started to really notice things. Very rarely did you see Dog do anything except sit or stand around talking or picking on his kids or Beth.

His children, Leland, Duane Lee and Baby Lisa along with Beth literally did all of the hard work or tracking people down, making the calls, etc... Doggo just stood around watching them do it all and trying to look tough. The show should have been called "The Chapmans" and not "Dog the Bounty Hunter".

While I appreciate that he's looking, he just needs to stop trying to act like he's all that and the top bounty hunter, he is not. He's a tv reality star, his children did the work while he was just the face of the team. Now that Beth is gone, Rest in Peace beautiful lady, he has his new wife working with him. Again, I'm sorry, but how dare you! Do you really think that that is OK?? Seriously?

I lost respect for him as soon as the episode aired with him telling Beth he would never remarry, why because I knew it was a lie. Even Beth knew he wouldn't be by himself for long after she passed. I mean c'mon!

BETH IS IRREPLACEABLE!!!

Lie's can ruin someone's career...

Last year in October actor Tom Felton was actually accused by some mentally unstable minor of actually grooming her. 

There was a craze on TikTok called #DracoTok and Tom felt like joining in on the fun. He created an account and made some videos himself. 

After getting involved he found himself entangled in nasty rumors that he was grooming a minor. He was unfortunately pulled into her twisted fantasies. 

This child photo shopped fake conversations with him to make it look like he was grooming her, but he wasn't actually involved with that conversation at all.

The cancel culture hit like a cannonball and instead of everyone actually looking for the truth they decided to simply cancel him. This seems to be a very common these with the cancel culture these days. How sad is that?

The girl child finally admitted to faking every accusation she made. She admitted to lying and deleted her account. 

Look I'm all for believing the victims, but it's crap like this that actually make it hard for REAL victims to be believed.  

This is absolutely NOT OK! It's not. Anyone who pulls this crap needs to have charges pressed against them. No matter how old they are they need to be punished. 

Quaintly Box: The Royal Edition

 

I just love these boxes! I really really do! As an American gal who dreams of living in Britain, this box makes my heart smile each time I get it and it makes me feel closer to Britain. I love the little magazine that comes with it. So much information about the country where my heart lies. It came with two tea bags and a package of shortbread cookies that I ate while reading the "Clanland" book. :) Last year I got two boxes, Quintessential and a snack box, and immediately wrapped them up and opened them on Christmas day. I love the contents and definitely recommend them to anyone I meet who says they love Britain.

Why on earth is it so hard for people to be happy that Henry has a girlfriend and OMG he's happy.

Is he not allowed to have one?

Is there some kind of ban on his when it comes to having a girlfriend that I haven't heard about?

Why does it have to be a stupid PR stunt? Why make insinuations that he's gay?

In one of the Henry groups someone mentioned that Natalie was simply a beard {pretend gf} for Henry to cover the fact that he's gay. I mean really c'mon now, some folks need to get a grip with reality. lol

People are really getting annoying with the constant judgement of Henry. Some people need to get a god damned hobby. Sooo here's a fucking reality check folks...

1. Henry Cavills dating history is none of our damn business and not a single one of us will ever get the chance to date him. Sorry, but that's reality! He is a big boy who can date who he wants to. It's not our job to judge him about that. He is HAPPY so leave. it. alone!

There are so many people in various Henry Cavill groups hoping that his new relationship dies.. this brings out the mean witch in me.. We should all want him to be happy!

2. Henry owes us nothing not a damned thing! The man doesn't have to get on his social media accounts and comment on everyone's comments on his posts. That is NOT disrespectful of him for not doing it! Do you really think that he has time for that nonsense??

Also so what if he goes a couple months without posting. He posts when he can. He has stated that he's not big into social media.

3. Not a single one of us know him so there fore we well NEVER know the truth about what's posted in the media. The media has no problem spinning stories to get those clicks.. Hello.. click bait titles bring the readers!

Sussexit aka Megexit

OK so here's the deal.. I do understand as to why Harry moved his family out of Britain. He needed to protect his family and in order to do that they had to step down and leave Britain. 

Why the media targeted Meghan, really I don't know, but they did and that was uncalled for. I mean seriously.. why?

Them leaving the Royal family was a good choice, but I didn't realize they would be going to LA. I thought they would have stayed in Canada which is still a part of Britain. 

Trashy Media

We need to remember that the media will post anything that will draw in the viewers. Unfortunately they don't give a damn if it's real or fake news. Those views matter and unfortunately she doesn't, she's nothing more than a pawn in their quest for the almighty $$$. 

Princess Diana's Death

Harry, and William, have been through hell and back and it all started with his moms death. Princess Diana played a rough game with the paparazzi and it killed her. I don't think either of them were truly ever able to really mourn her death without cameras in their faces. Harry's mother's death is one of the reasons he took Meghan and Archie away. That is a game he refuses to play.

Security

I think that with them stepping down as working royals their security would obviously be taken away by the Royal family. They weren't working for the family so essentially they didn't need it. On top of them stepping down, they are both millionaires so really, why would they need security provided for them? 

 They should be able to cover their own expenses because you know, that is why they left, well their reason for leaving, they want to be financially independent from the Royal family. 

Titles

I am really hopefully this interview won't result in them loosing their Duke and Duchess titles. Even if they do loose those he will still be Prince Harry and I believe she would be Meghan Windsor. I think though that in a way if the were to loose them it might be better for them. I think even without the Duke and Duchess titles they would still be able to make a good living.

Modernizing the Royals?

 I can't wait for Charles to become King. I am hoping that he is going to start to modernize the family and eventually, hopefully fingers crossed that Harry, Meghan and the babies start to visit the family so they can rebuild their relationships back to where they were.

Meghan's lies that bothered me

That said, if you want someone to know the truth then you should tell the truth. 

These are the only 2 things that irk me about the interview.

~ Archie could have had a title but they declined it after he was born in 2019. The title also included a courtesy title of Earl of Dumbarton which is a lessor title of Prince Harry’s which Archie is fully entitled to use as the son of a Duke.

~ Meghan knew exactly who Harry was before she met him. According the the book "Finding Freedom" by Omid Scooby and Carolyn Durand they Googled each other to learn more about each other before they went out on a blind date. So she knew who each he was. 

Prince Andrew

The media need to stop profiling Meghan and set it's sites on Prince Andrew, the royal pedophile. Nail him against the wall for having sex with under age young women supplied to him by his pal Jeffrey Epstein. Hopefully this negative bs will shift to him soon.

Queen Charlotte

Britain had a black Queen, Queen Charlotte. She was the second black Queen of England. Philippa of Hainault was the first black Queen of England. She married George III on September 8, 1761, at the Chapel Royal in St James’s Palace at the age of 17 thus becoming the Queen of England and Ireland.

This said I'm happy for them being pregnant and that they're happy in California, I just hope that this interview doesn't completely burn any bridges to the family in Britain and they are able to rebuild the damaged relationships.

British Actors : Tobias Menzies

After seeing Tobias Menzies, who is an amazing actor, in his role in Outlander, who was a downright horrible rapist human being, I have a hard time visualizing him as Queen Elizabeth II's husband Prince Philip. lol

Yes I know they are two different roles, but there was a few scenes in Outlander where you literally see him walking around nude with nothing blurred after his character raped the male lead character. I won't go into details for those who haven't seen Outlander. It's on Netflix BTW. Horrible, brutal stuff like that can stick with you when you think of an actor and characters they have portrayed.

To me, it was definitely an eye opener as to how well British actors act. I 100% love British shows and movies over American, they're more realistic and the actors and actresses aren't perfect with hour glass figures, Botox fillers, sparkly white teeth... you have to have a certain image in Hollywood in order to make it. The image of perfection doesn't pertain to British actors and actresses which makes them more relatable and I love this. I've seen actors with yellowing teeth and well they would not fit Hollywood's beauty standards. 

British actors and actresses look like.. us. They are an image of imperfection like us. I love turning on a show or movie with characters who don't look like Barbie's with fake hair and fake bodies. 

Dolly does what???

 One of my goals this year is to get up early to get started with my online work. Write a few blog posts, and just get some Crypto and It Works work done as well. Well one thing I have learned is that I am definitely not a morning person. 

I came across an article online about Dolly Parton and her work routine at home. This woman 75 years old and is up at 3am every morning to start her day.. ya'll 3 AM! I'm lucky if I'm able to fall asleep by 3am on a normal day! LOL

She eats breakfast and even get's dressed.. I mean.. who get's dressed at 3am? She does her hair and make up and puts on her heels before she get's to work. I'm completely shocked to hear that she get's dressed up to the 9's to work from home.

Meanwhile I usually sit on my morning Zooms in my pajama's and wrapped in a blanket with a cup of coffee or tea. Then after that Zoom I climb my butt back in bed for a few hours. Yeah this girl is NOT even close to a morning person.
