I believe that everyone deserves justice. No matter what race, age or sex justice should be served. Alas I also believe that it should be sought out at the time of the occurrence and not 5+ years afterwards!
By not saying anything at the time that the harassment actually happened, you are giving the harasser more time to do it to another person! You are Allowing it to happen by not coming out about it then and there.
The #MeToo movement is wonderful, but why is it just coming out now??
Why are all of these ladies just coming out now?
Why not when it happened where there could be documentation on it?
Why would you keep silent and allow the harasser to move onto his next victim?
