Drink more water!

I have noticed that I get a lot of leg cramps in bed and they tend to keep me up at night. Everyone knows that water is good for you. While I tend to not drink plain water, mine is usually flavored, whether it's tea, coffee or flavored with powders. 
I am trying to drink more unflavored water. I went out and bought a large blue water bottle just for the unflavored water. My goal is to drink one of these on a daily basis. The smaller Core bottle is used for the flavored water. I know, why use two bottles, but the flavored water is the one I take with me everywhere.
Leg cramps can come about from the lack of water aka, I'm dehydrated. Ever since I started this, no leg cramps. So far I'm drinking one blue bottle a day, but am moving up to two a day.
Water is also good for the skin. It helps to flush out the toxins in your body and skin.
