At this very moment I'm drinking tea by the brand Traditional Medicinals. I bought the sampler set at Wegman's. The tea bags inside the box are Gypsy Cold Care, Echinacea Plus, Throat Coat and Breathe Easy.
So far I have had Echinacea Plus and it taste very good. This one is used to promote a stronger immune system. My immune system isn't the greatest so I'm hoping this will boost it a bit.
Throat Coat supports throat health. Quite a few actors and musicians use this before shows. I always get a scratchy throat during the winter so I'm going to try using this tea through the winter to try to stop that.
Gypsy Cold Care is just for warming up and it's supposed to be comforting.
Breathe Easy is for Respiratory Health.
