When I was young I wrote thank you notes to various family members who sent me gifts in the mail.
Whether it be for a holiday or birthday a thank you note was written and sent out through the mail.
I can also remember receiving them from my friends in school and various teachers who received a gift from me.
While at school I used to slip them into lockers and leave them on desks for them to find.
When writing one the writer should follow a few unwritten rules...
Talk about..
1. What you enjoy about the gift received. The smells of the bath and body lotions and bath gels.
2. Think about why they bought the gift for you... Is it something you collect or from one of your favorite shows or movies?
