Patience is a virtue that shoppers during the holiday seasons must learn.

A few folks grew impatient because there was a huge line to the cashiers. It almost went up to the back mall entrance door  and we had 6 cashiers open and running. Even the store manager was on a register. 

I hear one man tell his wife who was complaining about the lines and lack of cashiers to her husband "You know as well as I do that if your going shopping during the holidays that there will always be lines. If you didn't want to wait in lines then you shouldn't be out shopping." 

  Then there are great customers who wait ever so patiently and stand there chatting with those in line with them. I absolutely love people like that, they make working in retail more enjoyable.
