I read somewhere that you should always wear sunscreen, even if you're in the house. I have always done this and have been doing it since I was a teenager.
The sunscreens have changed over the years, but the habit hasn't. I will admit that I don't do it every day, but on most days I do it.

So here's the deal! Standard glass window will block the UBV rays from coming in, but they don't block the UVA rays and it's the UVA rays that can wreck havoc on the skin!
It can cause dark spots, wrinkles and leathery textured skin and last but not least it can cause cancer.
This is my bottle of sunscreen. I'm on my 1st bottle of the year. I mostly use it on my face, neck and hands. I'm always wearing pants and usually a flannel shirt so my legs and arms rarely get sunscreened.
