My morning weight loss routine!

 

 
I am not a morning person at all! On days when I have to work, I usually set my alarm for an hour before work and end up hitting the snooze button twice.
While I'm getting ready for work, my coffee is usually brewing and by the time I have to leave I'm walking out the door with a cup of coffee in hand and bag in the other.

I also add my chocolate greens and Keto coffee powder to my coffee and make an amazing skinny mocha! This mocha keeps my appetite at bay until lunch time.
I can go hours without my tummy rumbling from hunger, then when lunch rolls around I make another and it helps me to eat smaller portions. I also take my fat burning ThermofightXx! 

On days when I'm off then I will fix my skinny mocha when I wake up and I'm set until lunch.
