How I stay sweat proof at night

While going through menopause I tend to sweat more than I like, especially at night.
There's nothing more uncomfortable than trying to sleep on sweat soaked sheets, especially when you have to get up early for work in the morning.

I have a few things that help me and here they are...

1.} I have a fan that faces the bed and is turned on at night. No matter what the weather is like outside, and my bedroom window is open 24/7, even during the coldest part of the winter, I'm nice and cool in bed every night.

2.} Normally I only sleep with a top sheet. If I'm really hot then I'll lay on top of the sheets and I always use 100% cotton sheets.

3.} Sleepwear varies. Most of the time I simply sleep in a tank top and that's it. It really depends on how hot I am at the time. A cotton t-shirt on all other night's.

I always have a bottle of water next to my bed as well. I tend to wake up a lot and drink, especially during the spring and summer.
