Do Watermelons Explode?

Someone posted on Facebook that they had a watermelon explode. I went on YouTube and found a video of one exploding as well and was still skeptical about it.

How can a fruit that's made of water explode from too much heat?? I did some research and guess what Ya'll? They actually do!
