Can I just say that I am so excited that season 3 is here because that means Jensen Ackles is on my screen again in a new show! I swear a few time's his Dean Winchester voice came out and I was left at the end of his scenes with weak knees.
They go find him and discover that he's locked away in a tube and was used for experiments by Russian scientists. It's also discovered that his former team Payback betrayed him and never went looking for him because they all hated him.
You can tell that Jensen has been working out a lot to prepare for this role. They showed a photo of him from behind with not a stitch of clothing on and he looks buff! He looks great!
Billy Butcher also has super powers thanks to the Temp-V serum he's been taking. The man can shoot lasers out of his eyes just like ole Homelander! It would be nice if they were to add more powers to him and also make the powers permanent, but we shall see! I haven't made it through the whole season as of yet. lol
He found his wife during the last season, who was caring for the son, Ryan, she had after Homelander raped her, and in this one she dies so he becomes the guardian angel to Ryan. He tucked his son away at a secret location being taken care of by Grace. Billy went off still bent on taking Homelander and Vought down, but he visits Ryan when he can.
