Sleeping in a cold room?

If you are anything like me then a cold room is most welcome at bedtime.  
I will lay in bed with my feet sticking out from under my blanket because I tend to sleep better when they are cold. 
Not freezing cold mind you, but chilled.

I fall asleep faster in a cold room and tend to keep my fan on especially at night. 
Once I climb into bed under my blanket I start to relax and fall asleep faster.

Did you know that our normal body temp is set at 37 Celsius? 
When the temp drops down we are able to fall asleep faster.  
Sleeping in a cold room also burns calories and it will decrease your stress hormones.
