There are numerous movies that involve witches and witchcraft as the main theme.
Most unfortunately Hollywood has glamorized the craft so bad that people think that real witchcraft is like what is seen on the big screen and television.
So here's my list and why I love them so much!
Bewitched ~ TV
1964 – A witch married a human man and tries to hide the fact that she is a witch from him. She tries to secretly use her powers to fix family issues.
The Craft
1996 – 4 teenage witches practice witchcraft. They cast a summoning spell that tears the 4 friends apart.
Practical Magic
1998 – Two sisters are raised by their witchy aunts and do what they can to find true love in a close minded coastal town.
Charmed ~ TV
1998 – Three sisters discover that they are witches and battle demons and monsters.
Hocus Pocus
1993 – After being dead for three centuries, three sisters are resurrected in Salem, Massachusetts on Halloween night. Two teenagers and an immortal cat put an end to their reign of terror once and for all.
Bell Book and Candle
1958 – A modern-day witch likes her neighbor so she enchants him to love her.
The Witches of Eastwick
1987 – Three single women in a picturesque village have their wishes granted when a mysterious and flamboyant man arrives in their lives.
